Students are encouraged to start work on their semester one final. While this final is not meant to be a cumbersome and complicated endeavor, any time spent on it prior to the final day in class will increase the quality of the student demonstration of skills.
If a student is weak in some reading or writing skills, this final could demonstrate growth. Use time out of class to demonstrate that growth. Below is the actual prompt students will receive on Monday of Finals week. We will brainstorm and organize a response on Monday and Tuesday. Students will write the response on Wednesday or Thursday, depending on their testing schedule.
